United Water Restoration was called out to our office building after a water supply line in the bathroom burst and flooded two floors overnight. The guys were out within the hour. After discussing the process they had the whole team out within 45 minutes to begin extracting water. After the water was cleared out they began the mitigation process and cut out the damaged drywall. After the mitigation process was done and they had dried everything out, Scott came out multiple times to meet with our adjuster. He was a critical part in closing out the insurance claim. Scott used to be an adjuster himself, and his background helped out tremendously with the claim. when speaking with our adjuster, Scott spoke the same language making the process much easier.
