Like many people, we had an awful problem in our home. It was a slow leak from a toilet that created major damage in our walls over time. The insurance companies don’t cover that unless you discover it in 2 weeks typically. The damage was not visible until it progressed to an extreme point. Once we discovered it, I immediately brought in 4 companies to educate me on what to do. A lot of slick talkers. One guy offered to help me immediately and did at no charge. That was Alex. Sadly, I chose another company recommended by a neighbor. Our experience was awful. High prices, fear based selling, and terrible work. I went back to Alex and United and told him how bad things were going. He wasn’t mad I didn’t select him. He just wanted to help and boy did he. He communicates well, delivers on promises, and does great work. He is a rare soul in this industry in today’s world. I highly recommend him and his company.
