After your first leak you never know who to call. The plumber that came and stopped the leak recommended another company. They were very eager to do demo work first. We didn't like that idea, so doing some searching United came up as highly recommended on Google. I had them come out, and they didn't seem to want to demo right away. They were a lot more expensive than the first guy, but they came down in price to something a bit closer.
Their work was great, and the people were always polite and willing to go the extra mile. They always had a good answer to any question as well. They ended up having to do some demo to look for mold (none was found), but that was okay.
This was a slow leak that had gone on for months. Their process took care of all our brand new (yes brand new) wood flooring except for a small section in a closet. The rebuild wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. The place looks great! - A Kush

I can’t say enough good things about United Water restoration Group. Buba and Melvin provide professional service with their introductions and explanation of what they will be doing to ease our minds. Buba and Melvin got to work right away. They are so organized in how they work with the equipment used for the demolition. The teamwork between the two is outstanding. They clean up immediately and are so respectful to making sure they did not disrupt are daily routine. My husband and I are so amazed at how well they did.
